MyHealth@Eu Laboratory Report
9.1.1 - trial-use 150

This page is part of the MyHealth@Eu Laboratory Report (v9.1.1: Wave 9) based on FHIR (HL7® FHIR® Standard) R4. This is the current published version in its permanent home (it will always be available at this URL). For a full list of available versions, see the Directory of published versions

Artifacts Summary

This page provides a list of the FHIR artifacts defined as part of this implementation guide.

Entry Profiles

HL7 FHIR Entry profiles for the MyHealth@EU Laboratory Reports

Bundle: Laboratory

This profile defines how to use a Bundle to represent a Laboratory Result Report in HL7 FHIR for the purpose of this guide.

Composition: Laboratory

This profile defines how to constrain the Clinical document profile (Composition) to represent a Laboratory Report for the purpose of this guide.

DiagnosticReport: Laboratory

This profile defines how to constrain the DiagnosticReport resource to represent a Laboratory Report for the purpose of this guide.

Structures: Logical Models

These define data models that represent the domain covered by this implementation guide in more business-friendly terms than the underlying FHIR resources.

MyHealth@EU Laboratory Observation model

MyHealthEu refined model for observation performed by laboratory

MyHealth@EU Laboratory Report model

MyHealthEu refined model for laboratory result report.

MyHealth@EU Laboratory Service Request (Order) model

MyHealthEu refined model for laboratory order/service request

MyHealth@EU Laboratory Specimen model

MyHealthEu refined model a specimen to be used for analysis

Structures: Resource Profiles

These define constraints on FHIR resources for systems conforming to this implementation guide.

Device: Measuring

This profile defines how to represent a measuring Device in HL7 FHIR for the purpose of this guide.

Device: Specimen

This profile defines how to represent a device in HL7 FHIR, when used as specimen subject, for the purpose of this guide.

ObservationResults: Laboratory

This profile constrains the Observation resource to represent results produced by laboratory tests or panels/studies for the purpose of this guide. This observation may represent the result of a simple laboratory test such as hematocrit or it may group the set of results produced by a multi-test study or panel such as a complete blood count, a dynamic function test, a urine specimen study. In the latter case, the observation carries the overall conclusion of the study and or a global interpretation by the producer of the study, in the comment element; and references the atomic results of the study as "has-member" child observations.

PatientAnimal: Laboratory

This profile defines how to represent an Animal as subject of care in FHIR for the purpose of this guide. This is used to identify the species when a specimen is collected from an animal

RelatedPerson: Animal

This profile defines how to represent an Animal as source of a specimen or focus of the observation in FHIR for the purpose of this guide. This is used to identify the species when a specimen is collected from an animal and observation made on this specimen. It can also be used to identify the species when an observation is focused directly on the animal, without a specimen being collected.

ServiceRequest: Laboratory

This profile defines how to represent a Laboratory Order in HL7 FHIR for the purpose of this guide.

Specimen: Laboratory

This profile defines how to represent Specimens in HL7 FHIR for the purpose of this guide.
