Specify a set of rules to be applied to HL7 FHIR specifying how a Hospital Discharge Report for the European cross-borders exchange can be represented, coherently with the European eHN Guidelines (see the European eHealth - Key documents ).

This guide realizes the MyHealth@EU Functional Requirements (see the HDR Models Overview page), by specializing the HL7 Europe Hospital Discharge Report HL7 FHIR Implementation Guide, that realizes the eHN guidelines aligning with the Joint Action 09 (Xt-EHR) logical models.
